The Adjustment
The adjustment may be performed manually or through the use of an instrument. It is our goal to make sure that every patient is comfortable during this process so the patient may have the best chance at a positive outcome. While some patient’s do not have any reservations when it comes to a manual adjustment, we do have more techniques available. Please feel free to discuss any concerns.
Manual Therapies
Manual Therapies such as IASTM, Cupping, or Kinesiotaping may be utilized in conjunction with an adjustment or as a stand-alone treatment.
Intersegmental Traction Table
The Intersegmental Traction Table mobilizes the spinal column while simultaneously stretching the ligaments and muscles. This helps to increase blood flow and oxygen to discs, ligaments and muscles, thereby helping to improve balance, strength and mobility while also allowing you to relax.
